If you feel trapped in your thoughts, looping doubting, obsessing or seeking certainty you never seem to find, you have found the right place

Who We Help

I work with adults experiencing:

• OCD, anxiety and intrusive thoughts

• Trauma, grief and difficult life transitions

• Burnout, work stress and loss of direction

• Relationship concerns and emotional disconnection

• Challenges related to military service, emergency response and other high pressure roles

MY APPROACH

Therapy at Solution Therapy Group is active and collaborative. I do more than listen. I help you identify patterns, understand what is driving your distress and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

My work may include Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, psychodynamic therapy, DBT skills and solution focused approaches.

Treatment is tailored to your needs, goals and pace. You are not expected to fit into one rigid model

At Solution Therapy Group, we specialize in Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), a focused and compassionate approach that helps people break free from the cycle of intrusive thoughts and obsessive fears

What Is an Inference?

In ICBT, an “inference” is a false assumption or leap in logic that triggers distress. It’s the “what if” that feels real even when it isn’t. For example:

“What if I hurt someone and don’t remember?”

“What if I cheated and didn’t realize it?”

“What if I made the wrong choice and ruined everything?”

These are not facts. They are stories the brain tells under stress and they pull you away from your values, clarity and peace.

ICBT helps you:

1. Identify and challenge these false inferences

2. Stop the need for constant reassurance or rumination

3. Reconnect with what you do know

4. Take action from a place of confidence, not fear
